The cord tangles so easy. Otherwise amazing product. I used to spend alot on hair straighteners. Not till I was shown one of these. Get it girl! You will not be disappointed. Well you will when the cord starts driving you nuts as uses go on.

Just because a celebrity’s name is on the product does not mean it’s quality material. This was like any other drugstore straight we. Used only a few times, now it sits in my linen closet.

The ceramic irons burnt and singed my hair; clumps broke off. After 3 washes my hair is still falling out. I cannot wear it down as it is frizzled and now it such horrific condition.I need to pay to have a new hair style, as my current hair style is ruined and treatments, to help it get back to the good health that it was before I use these irons.I have shared this when completing the refund process via Amazon and haven’t heard anything about compensation for this.I have returned the faulty product and haven’t yet received a refund.

This product really does a fantastic job of straightening. My hair is wavy and most irons do an "ok" job. This one heats quickly and straightens easily.
