I have found turmeric supplements either use low Curcumin content or lots of artificial fillers. I was impressed these contain 95% Curcumin and ginger plus and it’s natural. Really can see the difference and am pleased with the product.

I've been using this products pf late as I've had some minor joint issues and I've noticed that the benefits have been satisfying.. I've also given them to my mum who has rheumatoid arthritis and will update on here at a later date to explain if/how she's benefitting from them...

Turmeric or Curcumin has become one of my recurring supplements, alongside the basic multi vitamin and minerals, and although it's hard to say exactly what's it's doing for me, it's doing something. I find my mind is slightly clearer and my memory a bit sharper these days and I'd like to think Curcumin is part of the reason why. I've tried both Turmeric powder and Curcumin extract versions and prefer the Curcumin, if only because you seem to get more active ingredient for your money. That said the Curcumin supplements tend to be significantly more expensive and this Super Botanic option lives up to that. You get a good dose of Curcumin alongside the BioPerine and Ginger that help get it better absorbed by the body. The capsules don't have a noticeable smell or taste and I don't get any stomach upset or problems with them, though some people have a reaction to BioPerine. It's suggested that you take two per day which means this jar is only one month's supply and even pricier. It's been working for me and I was happy to try them but I'm not sure I could justify the price in the future compared to similar supplements.

This is a good product that provides a good, standard dosage of curcumin at £24/bottle, which is a fairly high price compared to most similar products from other brands - roughly £9 more expensive than a very similar product I have recently tried. Each capsule contains 500mg of turmeric standardised to 95% Curcumin, plus 5mg of Bioperine and 25mg Ginger extract to enhance bioavailability. This dosage is very standard. For 40p/capsule, I would hope for a larger dosage, but 500mg of 95% standardized Curcumin will still effectively reduce symptoms of inflammation, but it is nowhere near the cheapest price out there for this same dosage. For myself and my family, who all take this, we suffer from both typical age related joint issues and inflammatory diseases, and Curcumin does help a lot with our symptoms. It is very noticeable for myself if I either stop taking Curcumin or take a low dosage, and this product seems to be on par with our go-to brands. I definitely wouldn't recommend it purely because it is very highly priced compared to comparable products.

I got these for mum as she has arthritis and suffers from it on daily basis. Since taking these she has seen a big difference in her arthritis pain and was very impressed.
