Some of them are faulty
I have bought box of 5 pieces and 2 of them are not working,

Used these for 2 Derale 4,000 cfm fans on a GM 454. The price is 75% less than an autoparts store. working great for the past 7 months. Besides being in the engine compartment, I'm in Texas and they survived our 100+ degree summer last year. I would buy again.

They are constructed well and work unlike some of auto part store's items.

No instructions came with the relay, I'm not a professional and not really sure how to connect this relay to my additional reverse lights on my truck but some how I just figured it out how to make it worked as drawn picture. So far I'm pretty happy and will see how it goes with waterproof in months to come. For those professionals, they may have connected differently. Do not use my drawings if you have alternative ways to wire for your secured connections. The drawn picture is just a preference of way how I did to my lights and it's working.

Was installed properly and was used with an emergency vehicle air horn. Used very little and just stopped working after less than a month. Would not recommend at all
