I went to the dermatologist about three weeks ago with the concern of hair thinning, and noticing an excessive amount of hair beginning to come out when I shower. I was recommended to use 5% minoxidil Rogaine women’s and massage it into my scalp, Nutrfol woman’s and red light therapy. This is why I ventured this product as I have a very mild onset version of alopecia and the three things I’m doing combined is supposed to combat it. I’m only on my second time using it, but I did read a lot of reviews before purchasing and I was a little concerned that the hat wouldn’t fit because I am one of the people who have a big head. I’m perfectly OK with its size and it fits at the forehead to the back of my head without problem. However, I don’t have excessive hair loss yet so I’m really just trying to focus on the center temples and the crown, but the size isn’t an issue for me. I do notice a little bit of a tingly sensation around the 20 minute mark but it’s not painful. If I can remember, I’ll try and come back in a few weeks with an update, but I can already say in the last three weeks taking the nutrafol I noticed less shedding in the shower. Hopefully my progress continues with all 3 product efforts - my best recommendation is buying this during the Amazon sales, I snagged it for $230 versus the high 300 range and I’m on a payment plan

I have been using the egg every other day for 10 months (Mar 24 thru Dec 24). Please note the photo on bottom is zoomed in to allow me to align the hairlines of both photos as they were taken 8 months apart. In addition my doctor prescribed Finesteride 1MG twice a week for a few months and then titrated to once a week. I also use liquid Minoxidil daily at the hairline (any brand you trust will do). I also take vitamins with Biotin. I highly recommend the egg. I am sure it made the biggest difference because I lost my hair once before. This is the 2nd regrowth for me and this device has made a huge impact on how quickly the hair came back this time. Additional Notes: I did not dye my hair for 6 months, and then I used a semi permanent copper hair color which doesn't lighten the hair. It only adds color which fades out after so many shampoos. Even doing this made me nervous at first. I dye it every 6 weeks and add a small amount each week to my conditioner to brighten the fade. I wasn’t sure if this laser cap for hair growth would work, but I’m so glad I gave it a try! After using it for a couple of months, I’ve noticed my hair is not only thicker but healthier-looking. It’s so easy to use, just wear it like a regular cap and let it do its job. I didn’t have to schedule any appointments or spend hours on treatments. This is way more convenient. If you’re looking for something that actually works for hair regrowth, this cap is definitely worth checking out.

pay more for quality products, don't go with the cheap option .

I’ve been using for few months now, and I think it helps. But I need to disclose that I use this in conjunction with hair growth supplements and Minoxidil. I do notice my hair loss hasn’t gotten worsen. In fact, a bald patch disappeared, my scalp doesn’t hurt as much when I use hair clip and hair line definitely is not as wide as it was. Hair growth doesn’t happen within a night and fighting hair loss is a long battle but as long as it works, I will keep using it fatefully. I also need to mention about their great customer service. My battery all of a sudden didn’t function right lately; it shut down after 5 minutes of use and didn’t seem to hold up the charge doesn’t matter how long I kept it plug in. Contacted the company and they responded quickly and mailed me couple replacements without question. I’m back on my game now. Hopefully I will continue seeing more improvement.

So this is one of the lower cost hats. The reason is simply fewer laser lights in the hat. Is is pretty uncomfortable and there is no padding. I in fact added padding around the bottom. Not every head is shaped alike needless to say. I have had this about 3 months and have used it not as consistently as I should but I'd say that's likely why it's taken longer to see results. But while I do not see a difference in thickness yet, this area of my head on this side was 100% bald, has been for probably 18 months to two years, and you can now see a bit more than peach fuzz. So that's encouraging. It's obvious that with continued use and more consistency my hair should continue to grow and hopefully get thicker and not just baby hairs. So it works. Sure more expensive ones with more LED lights would work better and faster, but hey, they are also a significant amount more $.

I recently got this cap and couldn't be happier! It fits perfectly and feels great to wear. The beeping feature at the end of the 30-minute treatment session is super handy, aligning perfectly with my morning routine. I can easily wear it while getting ready or doing some work. I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks and months!

No progress is visible yet, but I’ve only had my egg for four weeks or so. If you have a larger size head, the egg is too small. My cap size is a 7-3/4 and the egg is too small. So one size fits all is NOT in play on the egg. I have to tilt the shell forward to hit the area of my scalp that I’m trying to revitalize (top & forehead) so the back of my head does not get the treatments. The charging process and powering up process is working as advertised. I just wish the shell fit my big head.
