My least favorite of the Linghams flavors.uy the Original or the Ginger flavor both are excellent.

very tasty
used this sauce on fish and chicken (baked and fried) and it was not over powering with heat and not hard to swallow. I also put this on various Chinese dishes and love how it brings out the flavor of the food.
