I am really getting to like the Nutricost products. I have used, and am very happy withy their electrolyte refresher. This has no taste, so I can mix it with anything I want. I just mix it with the electrolyte powder to make my after workout drink in the morning. It dissolves easy, no negative side effects. and is so much easier to take than the number of tablets I used to take to get this much creatine. From what I can see and have experienced, I believe it to be very high quality. I will continue to use this as long as I continue to workout.

You get much less grit at the bottom of your glass if it doesn't all dissolve. (A little tip: Using warm or hot water will help it dissolve even better, regardless of the brand or texture.) ​Since it dissolves easier, it should be easier on your stomach and intestines. But be sure to drink plenty of water with it; that helps prevent the osmotic effect and diarrhea that can happen if you don't stay hydrated with the sandier stuff. You need the extra hydration anyway for it to do its job. ​Enhances the "pump," gives you fuller muscles, and helps with intracellular energy production and hydration. This helps you crank out a couple of extra reps and recover faster. ​Something worth noting: you may experience a little bit of weight gain in the beginning. That’s normal. Will update my review once I've taken this for a few weeks. This is definitely a cheaper option if you're just getting started into taking creatine and don't want to spend an arm and leg on other brands for a lesser amount. I read a few reviews that mentioned this not dissolving in liquid completely (minus one star for that). However, I take this before I go to bed as its the most convenient time for me and I mix it with a sugar-free Mio-type mix and water. I tried dissolving the powder first in a little warm water but the majority of it does not dissolve. Using a straw and stirring before I take a drink works just fine for me and theres no powder leftover. Overall, I would recommend this if you're just getting your feet wet into these types of supplements.
