This is not a like or dislike:It is longer than I thought and that falls completely on myself. But, I was pleasantly surprised.This thing is great.

Favorite Gaff
Great quality, the whole thing is very light, most of the weight is actually in the hook as it appears to be made of steel while the staff is probably aluminum. Feels sturdy in your hand and due to the light weight easy to maneuver. The build quality is great, we had to use this as a boat hook the other due in an emergency and did not feel we were going to break or damage this. The hook is very sharp and allows you to easily penetrate the body of a fish to life them into your boat.

Shipped the wrong item
Though the item looked decent they shipped a gaff with a 3” hook instead of 4” as advertised

Gaf
The perfect off shore fishing gaf! This works great on Marlins, drums and Spanish breeds of fish. It works great and is super light weight 😍

Feels good in my hand (that's what she said)
The gaff is light weight and well balanced. Combine that with the comfort grip and it feels really great and secure in your hand. Sharp and does not flex at all.

It’s a gaff!
Appears to be a good gaff. It is lightweight. Not heavy. The handles are comfortable foam. A loop on the end is useful for hanging it when not in use. It comes with a clear protector for the end.

Item as described
Sad and embarrassed, first time use and hookSnapped right off. It was a gift for my friend.And I was there on the boat with him.Don't know what to say....

Long gaff
It's a decent gaff that can handle any big catch you might set your hook into. The rod I very long so you can easily reach over a boat to gaff your catch. Only downside is it's so long makes it difficult to travel and packed it up. It would of been nice they had an option to twist and lock into two pieces to shorten for travel. Also should come with a cork or something to put over the sharp hook so you don't accidently get poke with it. So I recommend just using a wine cork and stick it on
