Sturdy, but inaccurate description.
This is a sturdy comb, but it is advertised as intended for a pompadour. The bristles are incredible thick, rendering it ineffective. I will sometimes use it as a base point to begin shaping my hair before going to my Kent #16. But a normal hairbrush is also sufficient to shape.
