I love this Insulated Tumbler Mug! It holds 20 oz of either hot or cold liquid & keeps it hot or cold! I've used it for both hot & cold coffee, kept my drinks the perfect temperature! I also love that you can use it as a mug with the handle, or slide the handle off & use as a regular 20 oz cup. The mug is made of premium stainless steel & is double-walled vacuum insulated, it is sweat-free, is guaranteed not to rust or leak, plus dishwasher safe! The top locks in place so well, I was able to tip my drink over & it did not spill or leak at all! I've been getting away from plastic containers, so this is exactly what I needed for travel & even at home! I'm sipping iced coffee from it right now! :) This mug can be used for any type of hot or cold drink, travel or at home! I would highly recommend!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This would be a great mug, but I was disappointed to find that the lid doesn't seat firmly enough. It is unable to resist the expansion of air inside caused by hot liquid. The pressure pushes the lid up quite a ways. If you let it sit long enough it will leak around the edges, and risk popping the lid while you're sipping, potentially burning you and certainly messing up your clothes. See my video for a demonstration.This shouldn't be an issue for cold liquids. But what's really needed here is a screw top lid.

I travel a lot for work so I was looking for a coffee mug that is spill proof, but this isn't the one for me unfortunately. This product may perhaps work for those not looking for a spill proof mug or those working in an office environment where there's not a long of need for movement.Pros:-aesthetically pleasing-cover lid and mug is easy to cleanCons:-not spill proof/the entire mug almost spilled coffee all over my brand new work bag-the handle part is a nice feature but it awkwardly slips out of your hand-doesn't keep hot very long-the sippy part is awkward b/c your nose gets wet touching the rubber part every time you take a sip; doesn't allow you to comfortably take a drink

I wish there were an option for six stars, for this is one product that would qualify. The construction is a solid, double-walled travel mug, and definitely leak-proof! (I love the tree engraved on the bottom of the mug, so when it's bottoms-up, the person across from you has a beautiful tree to see.) We filled the cup with hot coffee, closed the lid and snapped shut the drink-lid, and then turned it upside down. Not a drip! The coffee was still a lovely hot six hours after we poured. We shall be ordering another one soon, and possibly for gifts for family. As Roger and Ebert used to say, "Two thumbs up."

The mug itself is pretty good. It keeps my coffee hot longer than my last mug did. I'm not interested in the handle, so I'm glad it can be removed. The lid is definitely a problem. As other reviewers have said, your nose touches the cap while drinking. The cap does not lay down flat, it sticks up at an angle. It's possible to drink about the first third of my coffee without the cap touching my nose. After that, I have to remove the lid to continue drinking, which of course completely defeats the purpose of having a lid.

As stated in other reviews, lid slowly creeps up when heat from just-poured coffee produces enough pressure. Flip-top juts out, poking my nose, and, thus, making it uncomfortable and nearly-impossible to finish the entire mug of coffee. Coffee doesn't remain hot for nearly as long as claimed; one hour at most. Save your money, and buy a Yeti instead.

My husband often doesn't get to drink his coffee in a timely manner, due to the nature of his job. He has been gifted a different, and much more expensive, insulated tumbler that he uses daily. I was tired of cleaning the same one every day and was looking to add another one or two to the rotation. I got him this tumbler and he loves it. He loves the handle and that the lid has a closure on it, his other one does not. I will be ordering at least one more of these for his rotation. A good find and a great purchase!

The looks great and is well built. The problem is the lid latch does not fold flat and the plug hits you in the nose. When you get to half mug you have to lean your head back because you can't tilt the mug as the lid latch and your nose are in the way. I should also state I have a standard size nose. If the lid latch folded flat I would like this mug.
