Well made. Relatively easy to set up. May be fiddly to resharpen blade

It's not sharp out the box, but once sharp really works nicely. Great on MDF but wouldn't use it on pine or hardwood. If you don't have a router really good solution and if you do it takes 20secs to put a good chamfer on. Definitely worth the money and is actually a quality product. There is a few on Amazon and this is the best one!

What a great tool. Already used it.

Considering the cost I expected this to work but was disappointed by firstly the blade locking nut being that tight I needed pliers to undo and re-tighten (which in itself wouldn't have been a long term problem because I could have re tapped the hole and made it good) and secondly the quality of the chamfer provided by the tool was extremely poor despite moving the blade back to only 1mm. The finish was very jagged and the tool difficult to use. I have returned this item.

I bought this as a cheaper/simpler alternative to buying and using a router. It does work and it is okay, but having now bought and used a router (because it’s pretty difficult to get a good finish especially if you come across any knots in the wood) I wish I’d pt the money spent on this towards that instead. If you are looking to get this as a cheap alternative to a router, or as a first step into woodworking I would highly recommend saving your money and getting the router instead.
