I am actually very pleased with the product itself. The instructions not so much. There are three different styles shown in the instructions and each style has different parts but they aren’t very clear. For example, they had me put together the bypass brackets first but you can’t install them easily when they are put together first. I had to undo them a couple of times. Two of the three bolts in my install went into wood but the one into drywall where I used the drywall inserts pushed through and so I wasn’t pleased with that. After it was all installed I went to hang the door and lo and behold the door is too tall to hang from the brackets by about an inch. I remeasured everything against the instructions and the instructions leave the mounting shorter than it should be. I would suggest mounting the rollers to the doors and measuring making sure your line 1 on your wall ends up in the right place.

Have not had an opportunity to install yet, but the product is very solidly made and arrived well packed. Overall appears to be a high quality product. And the instructions look pretty straight forward. Can't wait to get them up.

Packing list was wrong and therefore an important part was missing. They provided missing part quickly and rails look and work great. Youtube is a great source for instructions.

I was really disappointed how this was drilled. You say 16 on center, that would not be a problem is your first hole wasn't 8" for the end which assumes you are installing a single track. If you are next to a wall and need you first hole to be at 16" you can't line up the holes. The other things not mentions is measuring up from the floor on both ends and the middle incase your floors are not level. You video also give no information on how to solve and any of these problems. This is not my first barn door install. You also need a better way to line up the 2 rails

They look beautiful and are very study. I had an issue and the: company made it right. Very easy to work with and I am very pleased with the way they handled things and they way these feel and look.

Takes some time to assemble, but the finished product feels very well made. Overall very happy with the product. Customer service is very good as well.

I have an alcove I wanted to separate from the rest of the bedroom and these double sliding door bars worked great. Yes, take note that the instructions are confusing and one will have to measure remeasure to install accurately, however once up, they not only do the job well, but look o.k. aswell. The doors do run smoothly.

Awesome product. Was a bit unsure ordering hardware online without seeing it beforehand but turned out better then expected. Well made product. Holds 2 - 50"W x 84"H solid wood doors with no problem. Highly recommended.
