Great purchase, my headaches and neck aches are immediately gone once I slept on this pillow.

Bad quality. Product does not match what was advertised.
What is shown in the advert and product photos is not what is delivered. Firstly, the dimensions mentioned in the advert are very different to what I received. It is not 4.7 inches tall - it is much thinner and provides no neck support. It looks like it has been crushed under a heavy object as it is flat and not at all the plush volume shown in the adverts.

Quality is good. Firm but not too much. Helps me avoid sleeping on my side but I find the neck rest too long as I have a short neck so the side sleeping cushions are pressing over my cheeks.
