This is what came. Not only are the directions EXTREMELY VAGUE and difficult to understand, the part that the balloon is actually suppose to sit on does not sit in the fixture properly! As you can see in the picture, I had put it upside down to even get it to stay! Also, it is not possible to put the balloon on it to even inflate it!!!!! Them there's no expander, which was NOT in the description! This was a waste of money!

No clips to hold it together. instructions are not explainable.. it say install l like the picture.. that's it don't tell how to hold together or anything. Machine comes apart soon as the balloon is blown up.. but you get what you pay for I assume. I will figure it out.
