This arrived in an unusable manner. The Mango butter was hard as a rock. Could not even get it out of the jar. When I tried to slowly warm it to see if I could get it out of the jar, it just had pockets of liquified butter, and left the rest still too hard to use.

Item was great. When I received it, it looked like maybe it melted or perhaps they don't fill the jar all the way? I was slightly disappointed with that, but other than that it product itself was great. Scent is super soft, not abrasive at all.

I bought this product and cannot get any of the product out of the jar. It is rock hard a struggle just to get a little piece out to rub on your hands and arms. It’s a struggle just to get a little piece out to rub on your hands arms. Can’t Rate how good the product is due to is a challenge just to get some out how to jar I waste my 💰💰.

I LOVE how on the advert they make it look all whipped and soft when in actuality what I got was a BRICK HARD jar of something that has ZERO scent. Even my dog ran from it when he smelled it! MAJOR LET DOWN!!

The description of this says, in capital letters, “NON COMEDOGENIC - won’t clog pores or cause acne”. That was definitely NOT true for me. After 2 days of using it, I have pimples all over my face. I thought maybe I could still use it around my eyes because I never break out in those areas….wrong! I have pimples around my eyes now too. I’m beyond disappointed with this product. 2 thumbs down
