I am an OT health professional. This splint turned out to be great for trigger finger. The cost is below average, stylish (has some color), and looks appealing. It is well built and adjustable. Size is pretty true to what it says. The patient wears it at night for a ring finger trigger finger. They have poor hand function with arthritis and is able to don/doff it with ease. They report it is comfortable, no skin breakdown noted, and no skin irritation. Of course, this can very if wrongly sized, adjusted, etc. I will use this manufacturer again in the future.

I broke my little finger in a spiral fracture. The splint the doctor provided simply woudn't work for the eight weeks I needed to heal and was very cumbersome and difficult to manager. I bought two of these braces and used them both 24/7 for eight weeks. I would recommend these for anyone suffering from a broken little finger.
