I haven't taken vitamins in a very long time. I'm 60, and feel pretty much better than I have in 25 years. Had both hips bilaterally resurfaced about 4 years ago as there was almost no cartilage left in my hip joints. I can tell you that there were days and nights that the pain was unbearable before the surgery but I still went to work every day. Advil kept me going. A lot of Advil. My current job for the past 8 years has been 8 hours a day walking a 55,000 foot facility sometimes putting in over 10 miles per shift not to mention stairs, lifting, doing repairs and in and out of the building from warm to cold all winter. Recently I had been feeling some aches and pains from past injuries and other natural muscle/joint pain and used Advil liquid gels again as my go-to pain relief so I could get through the day. I liked the ingredients, was impressed with the reviews and wound up calling the company and speaking to Sam. He answered my basic questions with a lot of patience and I felt confident ordering from them. Have been taking them as instructed on the bottle for about three weeks now and I can definitely notice a nice difference. I haven't had to take any Advil in about two weeks other than for a headache from staying up way too late. But other than that, nooooo Advil. I feel a lot more limber and find it easier to get around with less discomfort and stiffness. Even my bum knee with torn cartilage feels less sore. No stomach side effects at all. I take 3 with food every morning along with the NutraChamps Korean Red Panax Ginseng and I feel pretty great all day. As I said, my job keeps me very busy and I feel that this turmeric and curcumin from NutraChamps is really helping me get through my rigorous shifts. I can run up two flights of stairs double step at a time in a solid pace all day with no pain. Damn cool. I can only imagine how I will feel after giving it more time to work. I decided to try this product to see if it would help with arthritis related inflammation. My doctor had tried me on several different prescription meds but none really helped so the doctor wanted me to try some heavy-duty arthritis meds. Well, I'm a pharmacy tech & I know better than to just take whatever a doctor says without researching first! Was NOT favorably impressed with Rx meds so researched this & other products. I opted for this brand for several reasons. First, I have to eat gluten free & while a lot of brands met that requirement, the capsules used did NOT. This brand does! Also, I have budget constraints and this brand offered the best value for my money, especially since I had not used this type of product previously. I do know that sometimes it can take a little longer for natural products to seem effective so the high quantity made this the best value for me. Now since I've been taking it, I've been able to cut back on the high doses of nsaids I was taking to keep the pain & inflammation down to a livable level! I have tried to manage completely without the nsaids but the natural product only lasts about 4 hours and I could tell quickly when I needed to take more! With work and grand kids I just don't have time to stop for pill taking, so I've found I can take 2 caps of this product & 2 caps of the nsaid 3 time/day with each meal. Using this combination I have finally been able to sleep through an entire night pain free and wake up pain free as well! Wowzer! Now I can move more & move without chronic pain! I don't know the facts behind it but for me this product seems to help with the inflammation & pain on it's own and when I take it with the nsaid, it seems to enhance and/or extend the relief for a longer period of time! I am truly glad I found this product and this brand!

Great product overall. I needed to find new options as the brand I had been using suddenly was indefinitely out of stock. Decided to try this since I use others products of theirs. There is a distinct smell and some flavor when you swallow. Nothing horrible, just not tasteless despite being capsules. I've also had several capsules seemingly open after swallowing causing a very strong turmeric flavor, but was not a big deal, you just taste it. Unfortunately, lately I've been experiencing heartburn after taking, so will need to stop taking this to see if it is the cause or not. I never had this issue with the previous brand I used for several years. I know some people are more sensitive and could be any number of things that cause that. I would still recommend this product as the company is good and offers quality products.

I purchased these as a blood thinner with hope toward some pain relief. I got a surprise in that it did both of these - to some degree - plus one more: I've been taking Relief Factor - which works toward a mild to moderate alleviation of chronic pain. Adding this to the fray has proven to boost that full up to moderate level. In my case that's a large change. Good Stuff. Can be a little less than gentle on stomach. I'd recommend taking it early and with food. Also, the first and second day I took a full dose my body purged toxins. Where I was feeling bad pretty much all of the time for almost 4 years, I've been feeling relatively healthy. It's been an unexpected, but happy, side effect.

Bought this because I have a bad back. I'm 66 and my back constantly hurts. I can't sit for very long, either stand or lay flat. So I read about this stuff and how it helps with inflammation and pain. It need to have pepper in it in order for it to work, as well as taking it with a meal that has fat in it. So started these last week Sunday, and let me tell you, its amazing stuff. By the middle of the week my back didn't hurt hardly at all. In fact I noticed after eating dinner and then getting up out of the chair I wasn't all crunched over trying to stand up. It's been 1 week and my whole body feels great. My back doesn't hurt at all, I can sit in a chair and have no pain getting out. I highly recommend these if you have back pain or any pain, this works beautifully.

Seems to be working quite good. I take it for hip and leg. Inflammation. It seems to be doing good although I do have to stay away from sweets! Lol

I have tried many different brands with no results until this one, I noticed a difference in the first 2 weeks.
