good value & great picture
I was not able to use it as planned. I had a reflection back to the camera because of the magnified glass in the peephole. The picture on TV screen was a bright glare. OK! I found a better use at the bottom of door. Door thresh hold is black & wide & camera is black & very small. Camera is at bottom of door in corner. Just enough room to close door with no interference. My door is "in side" building & opens to a long hall with 13 other doors. Working just fine. Very good picture on TV. Senior building no one can hear or see very well. If it does not heat up since the hall has air movement I will order another for the other direction. This one is pointed toward the elevator. I know someone was standing at my door around 3AM, could see feet & called police. They had left through stair exit at end of hall. Not brave or stupid to open door. This will give me a complete view. OK!! I have been using 24/7 for a full 7 days & not one problem. The jerk that pounded on my door at 3:AM had a surprise when the police showed him the footage I put on a thumb drive. No explaining that away. Gave office manager a copy of incident report & video. I have 2nd one & it works great pointed in other direction & just ordered the 3rd one.

As good as a tiny camera can probably be especially with ir
Well for what it is I guess I can't expect a perfect picture but it is tiny and well made. Its not NSA quality but ok for us civilians I guess. It's night picture gets a bit grainy and its daylight picture is much better but can get overexposed if there are drastic light and dark areas but for a small hidden camera with ir led's you cant go wrong. Must not have anything reflecting ir near lens tho such as plastic or just about anything or it will wash out picture to an extent.

Works as described!
It isn't the highest quality camera in the world, nor does it claim to be. It is, however, hilariously small and cost-effective. Works exactly as described. I would not mount this in or against flammable materials of any kind; the sensor does get quite hot which is to be expected from cameras of this type, but where other cameras have a heat-sink in the body, this camera is pretty barebones and there's nowhere for the heat to go except to whatever it's touching. I have not had it melt on me or deform in any way, but I have it mounted against a bare steel bar. Works great with a standard BNC input DVR. You'll need to buy a power supply (1A 12v should do the trick).

works great but look for something that is focusable for use as an inspection camera.
works great but look for something that is focusable for use as an inspection camera. the camera is the size of a pencil erasure, very very small. it works well in very low light situations with the led's. the build quality is good and picture is very clear. the focus is preset at about 18inches to infinity. i am using it as a wireless wildlife cam in my front yard. i am powering it with a 10000mah usb power bank as well as a video transmitter. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Transmitter-Receiver-Vehicle-Backup/dp/B01KNU7R66/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1535580846&sr=8-1&keywords=wireless+video+transmitter+and+receiver

Video quality is so-so
Video quality is so-so. You get what you pay for, cheap, small working camera and works as expected.

Very discreet and works great.
Works great so far. Easy to install too. I got this hooked up to a DVR with no issues. Just make sure to get an adapter to hook up into the DNC (I didn’t realize this until I got the package, but thankfully the DNC cables I bought came with adapters included, so I got lucky.) I am using this to monitor the front of my apartment door as someone/s has been messing with my doorknob at night and the building hallways have no CCTV. So I took matters into my own hands. I needed something discreet as to not attract attention and to avoid neighbors feeling weird about it. Obviously the image quality is not the best given it’s size and MP capacity, but it’s still good enough to clearly capture faces of anyone stepping in front of my door. Can’t say anything about night mode as my hallway is fully lit up 24/7 (maybe next time we have a black out I’ll be able to test out night mode)

Mixed feelings
The camera works great during the day, with the exception of the wire gets hot close to the camera like it's getting to much voltage but I've tried turning the voltage down and it still gets hot. as far as night vision goes it gets a little bit to much light which makes it hard to see, but other than that it's a descent camera.
