Freshness
This multivitamin is amazing. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals all in one. Although it has a bit of a foul smell but works good.

Good ingredients
This is a good supplement of vitamins, minerals and probiotics. I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to probiotics so after a little bit of trial and error, I discovered that just taking one of these helped solve my issues. Due to dental issues, I don't eat a balanced diet, so I rely on supplements to help and this one has a good assortment of essential nutrients.

Pungent, But Effective
These BIOHM Microbiome multi and probiotic capsules are very pungent. As in you open the bottle and a wave of “THESE ARE VITAMINS!” Screams into your nostrils. Don’t let that put you off. These is a very high quality supplement that you will regret skipping for a day (been there, felt like doing nothing - so I try to make sure I take them). I like that they seem to keep my energy level up and sustained. I find them to be great for me.

Excellent product that gives you excellent multivitamins, and probiotics and essential minerals
I won’t waste your time by listing the ingredients, as you can find them in the product details. The awesome part is you get your daily multivitamins, and probiotics for your gut health, which also helps your digestion of the vitamins, and essential minerals, all in one product. I actually was getting annoyed by all the tablets, and capsules, I had to take, to keep up with the daily recommended dosages. These go a long way to keep it simple, without sacrificing anything. Highly recommended!

All IN One
This is definitely a All in one type supplement because its a multivitamin with probiotics and is suited for anybody. I have no complaints Great quality and I recommend BIOHM!

Multi with probiotics.
These multivitamins are a great deal. They last 30 days and have vitamins, minerals, and probiotics combined. There’s also a polyphenol blend with pomegranate, green tea, and blueberry. I like the 1 billion CFU of four probiotics and the digestive enzyme, amylase. Take these with food for best absorption. Recommended.
