Good product. But I had to switch to T-Mobile to used it. Because it was not unlock.

The phone is not unlocked, therefore you can't get a mobile plan for the phone.

I'm very disappointed with this, it does look great but it didn't come with a sim card as stated and features that it suppose to have does not!(play store etc) I'm thankful how it was handle by your Representative, very Professional!
