This helps me a lot.
This is the third time Ive ordered this back to back. I can tell it helps me, this is the only supplement I could find like this, just wish it didnt have magnesium stearate in the added ingredients which has no health benefits and only benefit the pill machines.

Seal broken
These are the best I’ve ever taken but when I opened the bottle the seal on the inside was already opened. I understand these are not eligible for return but I’m concerned about the fact that the seal was open. (The outside seal was still in tact. )
