I used this product because it works and did work on descaling the coffee machine. Simple to use and the price is good. Make sure you flush the coffee machine a few times with clear water.

My wife loves this product to clean her single cup genuine Keurig coffee maker. After a period of use, the coffee maker starts making odd noises and brews more slowly, indicating that the system has mineral deposits that have precipitated from the water during the heating process causing scale. This product works just as well as the Keurig branded product and is much cheaper. It does exactly what is needed, removing the scale and restoring the performance of the coffee maker. I feel that using this product will extend the life of it helping my wife to get several more years of good use from it. Easy to use .You need to follow all the steps .Many flushes , to get rid of all traces of the product .And many with fresh eater .It works good .
