My battery had expanded and stopped holding a charge. I replace it with this battery and I've noticed a longer battery life. My only thing is that the ribbon to connect the battery didn't quite line up correctly with the motherboard connection but it can be pulled to fit. Still a great buy especially because it brings necessary tools to replace.

Easy to install...no hassle

DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased this battery and installed it into a phone I was giving a family member. The process was easy, and went smooth. Everything seemed fine.I charged the phone to a hundred percent, then preceded to wipe the phone and get it ready to give to the family member. I left.\nIt overnight, while it was wiping and came back to it in the morning, as I ordered a back glass for that phone, expected to be delivered the next day. Imagine my surprise when I hit the lock button in the screen did not turn on. I took the back off and removed the plate covering the connectors , expecting to see that was loose from the battery or the screen only to find that the phone was full of the fluid from this battery. I was hoping although I would have to do is clean it out.And then I would be able to restart the phone and get the picture back on.But unfortunately , the fluid had made its way down to the oled control circuitry and killed the screen. I reached out to the sellers of this battery, requesting for a battery and screen/frame replacement, and they said the best they could do is credit my account for the battery. They do not accept any responsibility for the damage they have cost to this device that was in immaculate condition until put this battery in it. So not only did this battery cost me a little bit of money up front , it cost me over a hundred and twenty dollars in a replacement screen plus whatever extra i'm having to pay to purchase another battery. I can absolutely not say this enough.Do not buy this battery!!!!!!!!! THIS BATTERY IS A SCAM!

The battery's working very well, seems to be as-advertised, and the kit worked pretty well for the installation. However, the adhesive is ... not good. It seems to prefer to stick to itself, rather than the battery or the phone. Luckily for me, I have some 3M seal that I used instead.

If your s10 battery is having problems. YouTube s10 battery replacement and follow the instructions. The s10 battery kit is around $20.00 and saves you money. There is no need to go to a repair shop, since AT&T doesn't replace batteries, Atleast when I called them. It may take 45 to a hour to fix. Good luck. Great battery kit

The battery in my galaxy S10 plus swelled and cracked the rear cover. I purchased this battery along with a new cover. Old cover was easy to remove since it was cracked and partly detached from the phone. The battery was easy to change, and the new cover was a no brainer to install. My advice is to purchase a back cover with the new battery. The new cover comes with new adhesive strips installed making closing up easy. Remove the remains of the old adhesive before installing the cover. Battery life has remained good. I followed the suggestion of fully charging the battery then letting it fully discharge to the point of shutting down the phone for three cycles.

Nothing goes well when you have a problematic phone battery. This whole new era of not being able to replace a phone battery was really intended to boost sale of newer phone or, at a minimum, boost service fees. When you follow the instructions for replacing the battery in a Samsung S20 Ultra, you can't help question why the designed the insides to the phone to be so complicated. But, with the right tools it is doable and you will wind up being able to either use the phone and/or meet trade-in requirements. However, there is a caveat to this process: you have to have the right amount of power to load everything properly. One thing we found was that after charging & installing the battery, there was not enough power to display the graphics the way it was...you had to choose very basic processing & image options so the phone would work properly. It's almost like a similar situation we ran into with our vehicle: the base power rating was the same but the battery had to also have a special "feature" for it to work properly. It was enough to be able to trade it in for an upgrade. So the base power of this battery matched the base information provided by Samsung (who don't give us all the information we need 'cuz they want us to buy a new phone).

I am very impressed with this battery. my original battery still worked but started expanding to the point that it pushed the back off my phone. replacement was super easy although I thought there was something wrong with it initially because checked to see if it would charge before putting the screwed on internal piece of the phone back on... doesn't charge without that on. Once it was all back together it charged up 100%. instructions say to completely charge and deplete battery 3 to 5 times for best life so I turned my screen brightness all the way up, turned on my flashlight and let YouTube videos play nonstop to deplete the battery ... took 8 hours to run it down to zero battery life. Very happy with this upgrade / replacement
