This sweat waist trimmer is a game changer. I have seen the work of this! Easy to clean along to carry with the mesh bag it came with.

I used to use EVERLAST exercise bands and the closure was a zipper. It held everything in, except when I would sweat, it would roll down.With this band, I did NOT experience this whatsoever!! It stays in place and the band is adjustable which is great if your body changes due to weight loss. Plus, it’s washable!

Overall I like the product for helping generate sweat around the waist, but keep in mind it’s water weight you’re losing. I like the support mostly while exercising etc.

I am very chunky and finally found one adjustable. It works great. I have high hopes.

I measured accordingly but it’s a little too big. I would buy again but in a size smaller.
