the bottle suggests i take two 2000 mg pills per day but the recommended amount of this vitamin is only 1500 per day, so it seems like a scam to get you to buy more, you just piss out the rest of the un absorbed mg. i havent really noticed it working, but im going to keep trying. taking it for bad knees that creek with movement and bad ankles, hoping to strengthen my tendons in those joints
