Expensive BUT an excellent quality & taste
I almost never write reviews but I have an urge to do exception for this one. Since I have bought it three times as of now. This is an excellent quality unprocessed buckwheat honey, rich in a naturally occuring iodine that bites your tongue as a proper buckwheat honey should. This honey is a natural remedy for your throat, the upper-respiratory system, rich with naturally occurring antibiotics, iodine, iron, zinc, magnesium and B1-B2.I have dissolved this honey in alcohol in order to check for artificial additives, nothing is there, it is just a pure honey.P.S. Special thanks to the owners of the business for including the gospel according to St. John with each shipment. It is indeed appreciated by our family and friends.

The REAL Deal....
This is REAL dark, unfiltered, unheated, buckwheat medicinal honey. It is not very sweet, it isn't clear and pretty, and it has an aquired medicinal taste. It's not for cooking or sweetening, it's for your health. It has a slight foam, and has the consistency of heavy caramel or thick marshmallow fluff- so it's easier to spoon out and dose than runny stuff. Use a good spoonful in warm (not hot) water first thing in am like a tea, and then eat a half hour later. The price is good for what you get, even with shipping. Arrived promptly and was well packed.

BEST HONEY EVER!!!!!
Holy Moly!!! This is the BEST honey I have tasted in my LIFe !!! I bought this because my son had a horrible cough and I was told buckwheat honey was better than cough medicine for curing it. I haven't tried it on him yet, but opened a jar to try it ... It is SO delicious ... I cannot wait to have this on toast with butter or on my yogurt or oatmeal. YUM !!!

The 'Imperial Stout' of Honey
If you like things with a rich, bold and deep flavor this fits the bill. It's one of my two favorite buckwheat honey brands; both of which are thick and hearty, and need to come in a bigger jar! People seem to either love or hate buckwheat honey, as as with Imperial Stouts. If you are one of those who enjoy heavier flavors, grab a jar - or two - and a spoon. Then dig in.

One of the best tasting buckwheat honey thus far
I stick only to Manuka (for non-mixing) and raw buckwheat honey (for dissolving in hot water) all these years. Many buckwheat honey give off too much of a pungent aroma. This one tastes the best thus far and out of all. Will reorder.

Loss of my honey
Less than a month ago was $15.00 shipped. Now is $28.00 shipped. Love this honey but is now cost prohibitive for me. So sad.

Please be careful and do your research
I was actually very disappointed when I received this "Raw Unfiltered, Unheated" Honey. To my knowledge, true unfiltered and raw honey is suppose to be thick and crystallized. This honey was see through and syrupy.
