35mm backer board fixing washers
Delivery & service excellent. Washers are good value & suitable for intended purpose but are of thinner gauge than other 35mm washers I've used.

Great for celotex
Had some 50mm celotex to attach to roof rafters. Tried normal screws but of course they just went through the insulation. Used these and they secured the boards with ease. Also applied some sticky expanding foam behind the board for extra strength.

Poor Quality and Too Thin
I was really disappointed with these washers. They are far too thin and bend easily when under pressure. I tried using them on insulation boards, but they just didn’t hold up well at all. The galvanised steel coating also doesn’t seem to be very durable—it’s not as strong as other washers I’ve used in the past. For the price, I expected better quality. These aren’t reliable for any serious work. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Very thin steel
Size and shape as you would expect, but very thin compared to your standard DIY washer. When tightening down washers distort with edges curling up. You need to stack two or more.

Washers for tile backer board
After seeing these and paying twice the price for half the quantity in a local tile store, these were spot on. Did exactly the same job and saved a small fortune.

Acheté pour fixer des panneaux de polystyrène extrudé en sous-pente sur le chevronnage. Convient parfaitement pour cet usage. Le polystyrène extrudé étant suffisamment dur pour supporter l'écrasement. Utiliser une visseuse avec un limiteur de couple car sinon la rondelle se transforme en cuvette

Rien à dire. Parfaites pour fixer des panneaux d'isolation rigides jusqu'à 6 cm d'épaisseur. Après il faut passer à des rondelles plus larges.
