They are still doing great months later and easy to install they fit and look great and pretty good quality too. It’s not original but it’s great

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING!!!!! I think a lot of people in the reviews think the R1 L1 R2 L2 buttons are mismanufactured BUT they are not these buttons are only capable with BDM10/20 if they don't fit u probably have a newer ps5 controller model like BDM30. This company sells buttons like these but for newer models.

Absolutely gorgeous color, buttery smooth and high quality. Swapping out the triggers was a pain, but well worth it.

Do not buy. L2 and R2 do not fit. Bad quality.

After seeing someone post custom controller kit results on Reddit, I decided I had to freshen up my Day 1 DualSense controllers. I wanted a fresh look, which the eXtremeRate wood trim gives, but also to differentiate the controllers so they no longer looked identical. I got these with my PS5 on release day, so they've been put through some wear and tear, they show as the BDM-010 model according to eXtremeRate's guide. For the button kits, I chose to go matte instead of chrome. My obsession with tea meant that the Matcha Green color was an instant sell, and it looks great paired with either the Coral or the New Hope Gray (which is what I went with). Even with the included tools, I did find getting the controller trim and the casing to separate a bit of a chore. As a result, there's some slight damage to one of the controller's left hand-hold. Once the controllers were open things went smoothly, for the most part. It's worth noting though that you want to pay attention to the silicone backstops for the controller's top buttons. The darker spot should be facing you when you place it back in. The first time I did this, I had it facing the wrong way behind the power button and there was too much pressure, resulting in the controller not powering on. I took it apart again and just flipped the silicone, everything worked perfectly after that. The eXtremeRate kits look great, they give a nice unique touch, and for the price, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely buy these again if I was looking for more.

I mean, what else is there to say? They are plastic buttons. They fit well and work as expected. I've only really got two problems. The buttons are missing the symbols on them. But that's not a big deal. The more annoying one is that the power button (the Playstation logo) looks terrible. So I just left the stock button in place. Otherwise they work.

I loved the color and these were super easy to replace after watching a video. The only thing that makes me give this a 3 is because in two different packages of these buttons both the R2 buttons were made like the L2 buttons, so it doesn’t fit my controller. Definitely watch out for this as I almost had the buttons rod lodged and took an hour to finally get it out. This part really bummed me out I also noticed the R1 and L1 buttons aren’t made for the newer models of dualsense. The clips are much smaller so these pink ones don’t fit, which isn’t much of a problem as I have both models.

I misread the description and thought these were for ps4 controllers however that was my own fault .. I was still able to modify the d-pad so I could use it but unfortunately I cannot use the other buttons. They are great quality and a really pretty color so I highly recommend!

There's not even much to say about this, it doesn't add more functionality to your controller, doesn't make you play any better, this is purely cosmetic. These bundles adding so much more flair to the controller makes it so worth it to me. Most of the buttons in the bundle are fairly easy to install, thanks to the fact that the controller itself is already pretty easy to disassemble. L2 and R2 were easily the hardest part of the installation, maybe some would argue they're not worth replacing. I have an 010 controller, so I had no issues installing the triggers. However, it does require you to disassemble the entire trigger mechanism just to replace the button. I was really nervous doing it, but they actually offer multiple video guides that show you how to replace everything. I would recommend this to anyone looking to make their controller feel more "theirs". This is easily the most special controller I own.
