Assembly easy, does get scratched up a bit if you use it daily. God for small spaces

Awesome in every way! • The typical Amazon PRIME ordering system comes through again -- quick delivery, courteous service. INSTRUCTIONS • The shelving unit comes with an EXCELLENT set of easy to follow instructions. These include proper English spelling, grammar, and syntax. As a senior technical writer creating such instructions since the 1970s, I feel your pain when directions are less than intelligible. These instructions will make your day and help you make your shelf. THE SHELF • Six basic parts consist of four legs, a center shelf, and an upper shelf. These are made of sawdust and glue, right, with a nice veneer in your choice of colors and faux wood patterns. Pretty good quality for the price. • The hardware pieces are all grouped together in cellophane bags, and those come in one larger bag. • The directions predict about a 15-minute assembly time and encourage the reading of the instructions in their entirety BEFORE proceeding. • Get a smaller tipped Phillips screwdriver and a hammer to start the assembly. • It all goes together logically, follow the instructions. FINAL PRODUCT • Excellent, very cool. Fits the need perfectly. • The manufacturer claims that the shelf unit will hold 15 pounds (6,8 kilograms) on the top shelf, and 10 pounds (4,5 kilograms) on the mid-shelf. I don't know why anyone would put that much weight on it, but it should hold a few books, a laptop computer, etc., or a vase with water holding flowers, and more. GREAT SHELF! ENJOY! GET SOME!

If I could give this 0 stars, I probably would. I bought this table because I was looking for a cheap end table to place my coffee or drink on while I'm working at my computer desk (I wanted something separate so it wouldn't be near the equipment on my desk). I knew going in that the table would probably feel cheap in terms of quality, but I didn't need something super expensive. The instructions were really easy to follow, but as I started assembling the table, I ran into tons of problems. The biggest one is that the large/long screws that come with the table ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH to secure the smaller oval panel in the middle of the unit. They just barely poke out of the holes at the other end, so tightening the screws does almost nothing. Additionally, the top part of the table is supposed to secure into the base with little dowel rods. However, this was not the case. The legs won't secure in, not even when I tried to hammer them down. When I tried to put any pressure on the top in order to force the dowel rods into the holes, one of the legs would pop out and the entire table would collapse. I finally thought i had secured the table together, only to set something on top of it - a book - at the wrong angle. The table tipped a little bit, one of the legs popped out and, again, the table collapsed in on itself. I already contacted the manufacturer to ask for new hardware, as that's the biggest problem with this table. If the hardware functioned to secure the table like it was supposed to, I'd have no problem with this table. Additionally, one of the legs came damaged with part of the paint stripped off.

It was difficult to put together. 2 parts broken. The holes were not deep enough. The color was nice mahogany. Their were enough screws but the legs didn't line up. Its wobbly after putting it together. It not worth the effort to disassemble and return to only get another one with the same challenges. The dots to cover the holes were not the same color as the legs. The white inserts made it look off so we removed them. This has potential to be drafted into a nice table for a small lamp but the weight won't hold much more.

Thank you for the other customer who recommended assembly on the bed! All parts required came in the box. I only needed my own screwdriver. Cons: Removing the letter stickers takes the paint/surface finish off. I'm really happy to have these in my bedroom. 😍

I gave this table a 5 star review because it is perfect for the value and just what my daughter needs for her small apartment. I was somewhat skeptical because the price was so cheap, yet the reviews were not too bad regarding this table. I took a chance because my daughter is on a budget and I purchased two. I’m so glad that I did because the tables are super easy to put together, they are sturdy and in awesome value for what you get. In my opinion after putting the tables together, I actually think they look a lot more expensive than $20. The instructions were very clear and precise and I especially liked the fact that the instructions included pictures. All the holes lined up perfectly which made assembling the tables a piece of cake. And, there were no missing parts, no broken pieces, I mean it was ideal. I was worried the assembly would be difficult because the tables were so cheap, but to my surprise that was not the case. Anyway, if you are looking for something economical, look nice and pretty sturdy, this table is it. I love it!

I liked the easy installation except the workmanship is of poor quality! There should be a sturdy bar that one can place in the base so the dowels don’t break while assembling the legs. I will also be returning the tables & replacements when I receive them
