This is a great addition to my healthy lifestyle. Tastes like liver, but it is milder, soft textured, and it has a little hint of fish flavor. I've always liked liver, but my husband absolutely hates it. He hates liver so much that he can't even stand the smell when I cook it for myself. BUT I WHEEDLED HIM INTO TRYING THIS DELICACY AND I WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN HE LOVED IT! The only downside is that now I have to compete for my fair share! This was a wonderful find and I highly recommend it. Remember that this is a large can and each container has TWO SERVINGS. Once opened, you need to go ahead and consume all of it, so it takes TWO people to use it up in one sitting. I do not recommend saving half for the next day because it doesn't save well. If only one person will be eating Cod Liver in your house, I advise you to buy a smaller can.

As any liver product it’s exceptionally good for your health. It’s high quality and delicious , very rich though ( I can eat just a bit at a time) I love making cod liver salad with eggs, celery, chives, yogurt and lemon juice. My friends beg me treat them to cod liver salad sandwiches. I highly recommend this product.
