I had ordered these, tried them after a while believing they were compatible, sadly when i tried printer gives error of incompatibility and now i cannt even refund

The cartridges are compatible however the print quality is horrible

I’ve been using this brand for many years. Really reasonable and never had issues with its quality and consistency.

Seems to work well, couldn’t tell the difference between the original. I had spots on the paper (from the previous original cartridge), so I cleaned the shiny roller on the drum (the tray you take out where you insert the cartridge) with a slightly damped in rubbing alcohol lint-free cloth (as you don’t want dust or debris in there). Don’t use too much alcohol, a little bit is just fine. I’m not sure if this is something that is a standard thing to do, but the spots were pretty bad and it just seemed reasonable to clean it. The cloth had a lot of ink on it. The roll is not completely exposed so I had to rotate it manually as I cleaned it until it was completely clean. After cleaning the drum’s roller, let it dry out completely for a few minutes before you insert the cartridge into it. You don’t need to clean it if you have good prints. This is just a quick solution if you do run into this problem. My printer prints cleanly now.

Ordered this 4-pack after my printer started showing the “replace drum” message and I didn’t want to pay the crazy prices for genuine parts. Installation was pretty straightforward following the included guide, though I did have to reset the drum counter manually which took a few tries to get right. The black drum went in without any problems, but the yellow one gave me some trouble at first - kept getting error messages until I reseated it a couple times. Once everything was properly installed, print quality has been solid for the past two months. Colors are vibrant and text is sharp, honestly can’t tell much difference from the originals I replaced. The page count seems accurate so far - I print maybe 50-60 pages a week and haven’t noticed any decline in quality yet. One thing that caught me off guard was how much smaller the packaging was compared to genuine drums, but the actual units fit perfectly in my printer. The cyan drum had a small scratch on the surface when I opened it, but it doesn’t seem to affect printing. Installation instructions could be clearer about which drum goes where since they all look pretty similar except for the color labels. I appreciate that they include the reset instructions since that’s not always obvious with third-party parts. For the price difference, these are definitely worth trying before spending twice as much on name brand replacements. The only real test will be how long they last, but so far so good for everyday home office printing.

These cartridges really do work in my Samsung Xpress C430W color laser printer. I've tried several other supposedly compatible brands and I'm extremely pleased that these work. It's very frustrating having to keep returning other brands, so I'm sticking with these from now on. And another benefit is that these are currently less expensive.
