Works very well for regulating blood sugar spikes. The taste isn’t great, so I mix in a packet of lemonade flavor made for mixing in water bottles. I also use instant iced tea mix and artificial sweetener. Then it’s pretty good.

I drink this everyday! Have it on subscription. Significant improvements in my skin and mobility. Can’t imagine not using it. Cheaper on Amazon than in the stores.
