I have replaced numerous iPhone batteries over the years. You get used to doing that when you refuse to upgrade an device simply because a newer model came out. The iPhone has NOTORIOUSLY bad batteries (all models); the functional longevity, in my experience, has never been more than 18 months. This kit is great! Basic, simple, most of the parts you will need (I have found that a razor blade helps get things started).If this is your FIRST time replacing an iPhone 6s battery, there are a lot of superb YouTube videos out there. Just search of them, review the one that makes you most comfortable. I have milked the EOSL from several iPhones that we repurposed for other things in our home (security system and camera monitor, etc.), and subsequently swapped out many iPhone batteries. Just BE CAREFUL if this the first time you are opening your iPhone. The adhesive that Apple uses to secure the OEM batteries could have been used to keep the Titanic afloat. I needed to use both a flat head screw driver and a vinyl paint scraper to carefully, slowly pry around it to remove it. Once it it out, the battery kit comes with these "Command Adhesive" strips to adhere the new battery in place. If your phone is still going to be your daily phone, I would suggest using at least one to secure the new battery to the case. If the phone is going to be more or less in a static location, those may not be necessary. Same goes for the replacement water gasket that goes around the screen. If your phone is going to be carried, find the point in the video on how to install the new one of those; there is one in the kit.Oh, and once the case is open, a little alcohol cleaning of the battery bay is never a bad thing. The most recent iPhone 6s I opened had a lot of schmutz under the battery. Apparently the adhesive used to hold the Apple logo on the back of the case had deteriorated and grime found its way into that compartment. Got it all nice and sparkly with few minutes of cleaning with rubbing alcohol.The only detraction I had for this kit is that I wish the tools (very nice tools, BTW!) were slightly magnetized. Luckily I had a set from prior kit that were and it made it a lot easier to put the tiny screws back at the end of the replacement process.Until the next replacement!

This replacement battery has better battery life than the original IPhone battery

It gave me back the use of my phone! It came with the tools needed! At night if it’s at rest it doesn’t use any battery. I’m very happy that I didn’t have to get a new phone!

Both the seller and the product was good enough

The battery was delivered with a great tool kit and referred me to a Youtube video on how to replace it. It was challenging, but I was able to replace it fine. For the first week everything seemed great. My phone was holding battery again, etc.. 2 weeks later my phone started dying with zero warning when it was anywhere between 10-25% charged. It's now doing it all of the time and it takes 5-10 minutes to get it started again. Today, it was at around 25% charged, ON THE CHARGER, and it died. LAME!

Easier to install than I thought. The battery life is so much better than my old one.
