can this be used on stained and varnished kitchen cabinets without harming the finish to remove hand oils/grime?

We do not recommend that you use this product on varnished wood. Try Mr. Clean Finished Floor cleaner, please test in an inconspicuous area first to make sure the varnish is well sealed and in good condition.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

I like it. I bought it to access hard to reach area’s in an oven and found it effective in reaching and removing oven buildup. I bought it in a small spray bottle and found later it could be purchased by the gallon. So I bought two one gallon bottles.

Can this be used to clean grease on clothing?

Dawn Multi-Surface Heavy Duty Degreaser is designed to be used on hard non-porous surfaces. We recommend Tide Ultra Stain Release detergent for clothes.

Can it be used if there's grease on wallpaper?

It is suitable to use on walls, but we do not have any data that you can use this on wallpaper. We recommend that you test it in an inconspicuous area first. It is designed to clean hard surfaces.
