No... I don’t have a bird, but these were EXCELLENT for my purpose. I was cleaning and enhancing the engraving on a family gravestone. To “repaint” all of the engravinging letter by letter would have been most tedious--and probably messy looking. So......I painted the entire face of the stone and then used the cuttlebone to clean the surface. The cuttlebone did not mar the granite surface and removed the paint in all except the recessed area of the gravestone. It looked perfect and now the letters stand out like when they were originally engraved. I did use a whole package because they disintegrate quickly, but they did the trick.

These were smaller than I thought they'd be and some were crushed but I can't exactly blame the seller as it could've happened in transit.

My flock of parakeets loves cuttle bones and I’ve purchased them from a lot of different sources over the years. THREE WEEKS later this small envelope arrived with 10 cuttlebones, each about a third of the size of your average pet shop cuttlebone. I guess I saved a little money but it wasn’t worth the wait. Sorry.

The cuttlebones are on the small side but my tortoises gobble them up!

These are small! Arrived with several broken so even smaller pieces. That might matter depending on how you need to use these.

It took a long time to come, so order early. Purchased for my tortoise for calcium supplement and for his beak. It won't eat these.

This item was received within the original time estimate, but I felt the shipping took too long (over 2 weeks). Also, the shipper's Tracking System was so non-descript; I simply could not tell WHERE my item was!Upon arrival and inspection, I was very disappointed to find that each cuttle bone was not only small but EXTREMELY THIN. The website does mention the approximate length and width, but it fails to mention how THIN each item is.After waiting so long, I was greatly disappointed and promptly returned the item.
