UPDATE: customer service for Woodpecker is excellent. I reached out about the missing key chuck and they are sending me one. I assume the key chuck will be a perfect fit for tightening the chuck. I have had a chance to use the drill press a few times to test it out. The device is very solid. I like some similar products, the Woodpecker seems to be a perfect size. It is not bulky like some others and there is no wobble in the press. I have a DeWalt cordless drill that I am using and it works well. I like the centering pins and tried drill a few 1 inch deep holes in a 2x4 using a 1/4 inch Forstner bit and the Woodpecker was great. It does take a few times to figure out where your grip is best placed, but that makes sense when using a new device. The product is expensive but I am willing to pay for quality. I am only a novice woodworker and I look forward to expanding my abilities given the added benefits of the Woodpecker drill press, especially since I do not have room for a standing drill press. Given the quick customer service, overall quality and functionality I changed my rating to 5 stars. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a mobile drill press. I will definitely look into your other products knowing the quality of your products. Original review: Seems like it would be perfect. The only issue is that the deluxe set I bought doesn’t have the Chuck Key that was supposed to be included. Maybe once I go buy a chuck key and can actually use the product I will like this better. For the money I spent the missing part is disappointing.

This is expensive but it is incredibly well built and well balanced, I can leave my Festool drill attached without it tipping over. The extensions work great and it is a breeze to put it all together. To date I have not noticed any deflection at all. You will not have any complaints with this tool other than the incredibly high price

When you need to drill something you need to be dead on every time, then this auto-line drill guide deluxe version is amazing. I did have a slight blemish on my drill guide but, I contacted Woodpecker and they squared me away and makes everything right. I cannot stress enough about going for the deluxe version. The stop blocks make a big difference.
