This peeler is exactly what I hoped for. It's simple, sharp, and solid. I used it on sweet potatoes and it handled them no problem. The blade rotation is super smooth, and it grabs the skin cleanly on the first pass. I love that you can swipe back and forth for super fast peeling. Build quality is great (no surprise because OXO makes consistently solid stuff), and it feels good in your hand. Super easy to use, and the skins come off fast without clogging or jamming.
