Light weight and fast
I was looking for a person laptop and decided to buy pro 8 primarily because it is light weight, fast and battery lasts longer than regular laptops. I have used it for a month now and love working on it. Battery lasts for one full day if you use it heavily.

Bad touch support
Touch support is very bad. Screen keep freezing all the time. keyboard doesn't show up when it should. Programs keeps crashing. Not suitable for gaming, work or drawing. Purchasing keyboard along with this is good but you can buy laptop instead because laptop has keyboard and mouse with it. so what's the point? It's not usable not for any purpose. complete waste of money.

Awesome and light weight machine. Serve it's purpose. Received genuine and seal pack product No issues in initial setup and product warranty registration.

Heating Issues
Fan very loud, device heats up too much, not worth the money, Apple much betterAdding after 2 months of use: Amazon has not yet delivered it's keyboard and slim pen which was a pre-launch offer.. NEVER purchase Microsoft hardware products in India.. both Microsoft and Amazon are unable to fulfil Surface orders in India

Button/keys location sucks
Have used surface 4 and 6. Now but this 8. Power and volume Button on top was a better design than this side key design.Rest ok.

Feels Cheated
Feels cheated - as tablet is given by Amazon w/o keyboard+pen - against the claim from Microsoft that it will be supplied complimentary for pre orders
