Incomplete description of the product
The shower base is solid and well built. Two weeks ago I had a professional plumber install the base. The installation was easy and straightforward. There are two problems with this base. 1. Nowhere in the description is stated that hair dyes will stain the base. If I knew it, I wouldn't have bought it. 2. The drain area is hard to keep it clean and its cover plate has already rusted.

Expensive but worth it
I was impressed with the sturdy build of this pan, there is no slippage on this surface at all Great pan!

Good looking with minor issues
Plumbing not easy, our installer charged $100 more for difficult installation and extra effort. Finally got it done couple weeks ago. Overall looks nice and drained good. However, The drain cover is brushed nickel is rusting in couple days. I would like to contact seller to replace the drain cover.

Drain cover rusting!!
The drain cover is brushed nickel and is rusting only after a couple of weeks. It has discolored the shower base. Very unhappy!!

.Ordered twice. Both times came damaged.
Ordered this item twice and both times they came damaged. Quality control is really lacking. If they were not damaged, they would make really good shower bases

A design flaw: Wastewater accumulates in drain area
Good: The main surface has a slope towards the drain area Bad: No slope towards the drain hole within the drain area. I placed the shower base completely flat. However, wastewater is accumulating in small amounts on both sides of the drain hole. Woodbridge should have designed this area with a slope, also.

Broken
As others have said this item arrives cracked or broken. Don’t roll the dice if you’re in a time crunch on your remodeling.
