Surprisingly, this thing is really soothing and relaxing while I use it on my face. The whole thing came in a sterilized package, which tells me that it's never been used and that the company is being safe, unlike some I've purchased and had to return. The needles go deep enough to help when it comes to rejuvenating but doesn't cause scarring. The case that this derma roller comes with not only acts as a case to help keep it stored away but also allows me to sanitize after each use. I simply add some disinfectant like rubbing alcohol or iodine solution and am able to disinfect the whole roller after each use. This thing has not only helped with some old scars but it's very helpful when it comes to hair growth on my scalp. I am actually starting to see some baby hairs in a bald spot that I'm using this on.

I saw these could be beneficial for men and facial hair so I snagged one for my husband. Then I started using it myself and haven’t given it back, lol. It really helps open my pores up for cleaning and exfoliates the skin well too. Can use on any skin! Light weight and positive benefits to color and softness of skin!

Does not seems to simulate much

I've had good experiences with cheap Derma Rollers. The ten dollar (or less) ones all work great, that is they turn my scalp reddish and warm, so I know that blood flow is being increased. I use them for three or four months and then get a new one. I wouldn't hesitate to get a 10 dollar or less derma roller. Just make sure they have 540 titanium needles. Although this 90oine derma roller says it's for your beard, I use it on my scalp with no problems.
