On my third bag now while quiting smoking. These really help me cough up stuff and have helped so much. Does it taste great? No, add some sugar or something silly. Its a gross herb that helps you with your lungs. Obs is gonna taste nasty. I mean not so nasty you couldnt drink it on its own. I do find myself making it and waiting for it to cool and chunging it tho. Besides the taste which I cant drop stars for it works. Like, this is some mountain man redneck stuff I was tought as a boy. I watched my Grandpa find the stuff in fields and use it. It works!

A friend told me about this tea and it’s amazing. The reason this tea was suggested to me was because I had bronchitis going on 6 weeks at the time. I’m telling you using this tea everyday my cough went away. So I did some research on this tea and I realized it would help me with my permanent post nasal drip. I had my tonsils taken out when I was 24years old(now44yrs old) and I struggle with a side affect, post nasal drip. What that means is I’m constantly clearing my throat and I have more sinus drainage then most. Let me just say this tea has helped me tremendously. It keeps everything to a minimum. I’m obsessed with this tea. I actually put a tea bag in my coffee every morning. It’s not a strong tea taste so I can barely notice it in my coffee. I can tell if I go a week without out it. Highly highly recommend!

This stuff is the bomb when you're feeling a slight uh oh I think I might be getting sick feeling. I use two bags with manuka honey for 1 big cup, but everyone's preferences are different. Really great tasting tea that helps put my immune system back on track when that cold or virus tries to sneak up on me.

The tea is very delicious, I could understand someone not enjoying the taste but personally, I think it’s great, I do add a healthy teaspoon of raw honey into it as well. Bought this as a former smoker can’t say it’s done magic like I was thinking but that’s my own fault, all in all though I feel like I have a bit more loose phlegm then normal.

Honestly works really good , just let it steep for a little while and make sure your consistent

It work but you feel it after a week and you're mouth get dry
