It was our to work within 30 minutes of delivery of daily, nearly non-stop use for almost 6 months now and it's worked perfectly throughout, without hiccups or even so much as a peep. Fit is perfect, matching OEM detail for detail and the noise level is the same or potentially even less than OEM. Same for its temperature control capability. At the price, it's hard to recommend any other over this one
