It's a textbook. What else can I say? It's for a Psychology class with a concentration on Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Excellent reference book for my doctorate program. I received it on time and in excellent condition. Amazon is my go to place for all reading materials.

Not so useful for experienced facilitators. Not totally "advanced".

When you're facilitating there are so many situations that come up in groups and sessions and while some books talk through techniques and processes, this book tackles some of the trickier situations. There are sample scripts and responses - what to do, what not to do (Which i found most helpful!) and details about what's possibly going on behind the behaviour or situation. I read a few pages and put skills into practice the next day. It's a great addition to my other books/refs and I've used it as a 'help, what will I do when...' resource.

This is such an informative book with aesthetic fonts + well-spaced out which provides for easy reading. It is $ well-spent! I love it!

One of the better books on the market and using this in my course. Highly recommend.
