Will a pen mark on these cards? I don't want to reuse them

You could , but it would ruin the cards for repeat playing. I recommend using buttons or dried beans if you don’t buy the plastic disk offered for bingo.

Can you use a dauber with these or are they coated?

You cannot use a Dauber with these cards. If you plan to dispose of them, I recommend stickers or permanent markers, like Sharpie pens. I ordered plastic markers & they work great. Have fun.

Do I have to get the balls and the cage to call out the numbers?

You do not have to get the cage, but you will need the balls or make up your own paper numbers. I went with the cage and balls. It keeps everything organized and fun.

can I use a bingo blotter for these? they will be only used once and then disposed of
