I used this to cover the vent in my RV water fill vent and it fits perfect!

The black rubber ones are a hair small on OD and "cone" when the fitting starts o clamp down. Silicone ones seem to be correct OD but are too slippery and completely slide up into the fitting when tightened. And, no, I'm not overtightening.
