Okay budget graphics card for the price
This GPU is great for budget build but make sure it's in gen 4 pci lane because if not you will lose about 20% of your performance but other than that the card dose not get hot and it fairly low power I can barely get it to pull more than 100 watts so your good if you have a weaker power supply but you will get okay performance in most titles with low and medium sentence at 1920x1080p but I would not recommend going any higher than that

Capable
Surprisingly capable card, given it's form factor and the general sentiment from the public. I get decent frames (50-60) at medium settings in most games, even new ones like warzone 2.0. Some of the effects from the drivers don't work right for some reason, but that's hardly the card's fault. It runs with the fan at 0% (so dead silent) until you start a game up. The fan's a little whiney, I'll definitely be looking to try and mod it with a noctua or something. I fit this card into a k39, so the whole PC fits in a backpack or under your bed or something, great performance for the size.

A Great Card for a Budget Builds
The AMD cards cannot match the power of the NVIDIA, but they don't match the prices either. If your looking at a 3050 ti this card is a good match for savings. Does what it is supposed to do and will be a good fit for occasional gaming and/or Photoshop work. Graphic cards are usually the most expensive component in your computer but also the easiest to upgrade when you have the money to do so. This is s good first buy and won't hurt as much to be put aside later.

Do not buy it if you're interested in VR games!
I worked with VR, upgraded an r9 290 to this GPU and lo and behold it does not include h265 encoding/decoding of some sorts; now this is a low punch because it meant it absolutely didn't work for VR testing/gaming because optimized transmission was done with h265 codification, so it was rather painful to try and get it to work because of this... And it probably affects streaming too but i have no idea in that regard. So if you're ever interested in VR, find something else because this one will not work properly for that task. But for everything else, it is actually a good gpu.

Works great, stays relatively cool.
Big upgrade over my previous RX 550. Stays pretty danged cool. I don't mess with fan curves or anything, just plug and go but it's fairly quiet. This is my fourth PowerColor product and I've had no issues with their cards.

Decent graphics card for a low budget
In general terms I just want to say that this graphics card is as good as I expected. Not too powerful but good enough just to run some videogames at 1080 x 1920p. The best option if you want to play recent videogames at FHD definition and don't have enough money to buy a top GPU. The only bad thing about the purchase is that the box came kinda broken, but that's not a big issue for me.

It's not great, but it will get the job done.
When I first launched my game, this GPU started throttling and I had somewhere around 12 FPS. This was due to the GPU overheating because the fan was spinning at 0 rpm by the manufacturer's default settings. I had to fully update the driver and manually change the settings to have the fan spinning constantly in order to keep the GPU from overheating. That was a very rough start; less than 3 minutes using the GPU and it was already overheating due to ridiculous default settings. After the fan was working properly, the gaming fps was ok, at around 30 or so fps on average. It's pretty much what you'd expect to get for this price. It is not a great GPU, but with every other GPU either scalped, or out of stock, this one is as good as it gets for the current market. EDIT: bumped to 4 stars; it’s good for its price, but the rough start has me less than fully satisfied with this gpu EDIT 2: back down to 3 stars, I’m getting lower FPS with this than expected. At 15 FPS or less in certain areas under adequate graphics settings, this leaves the game unplayable in certain situations. I will be returning this card, and I can only recommend this gpu if you’re making the switch from integrated graphics to a temporary gpu, otherwise a 1650 for around $220 might be a better option.

Not a gamer, but use a lot of productivity software. New versions of Blender require OpenGL 4.3. The old card has OpenGL 4.2, and yes, newer versions of blender started giving me artifacts (ghost images of other parts of the software). I build Linux kernels (mostly for security), and that meant using NOUVEAU drivers which are painfully slow. The developers can't really speed the drivers up because NVIDIA runs a "totally locked" shop, where they provide 0 specs for cards, have digitally signed, encrypted drivers, and only provide specs if developers sign "if you use this you go to DMCA jail" non-disclosure agreements. The open amdradeon drivers work great! The extra memory, stability, speed, and everything else is just a perk. I got it at a good pre-Christmas price (Amazon asked if I wanted to buy the card again for $100 more than what I paid). It keeps the old computer humming nicely. But its still a 64 bit quad core machine with 12GB of ram, so it still runs most software very nicely.
