Faulty item which leaked and ruined our bed. Sent back - no refund received as yet and no offer to replace the mattress.

The media could not be loaded.  Let me preface this with making it clear that I am a highly technical person that is very good at problem solving. That being said, this product did not work from day one. The sound that you can hear on the video (of which Amazon only lets me post one per review) was a shrieking sound that not only kept me from getting any sleep while it was on, but actually gave me a high level of anxiety, if you're a parent you may especially understand.Not only was the hardware faulty, but the software was bad as well. On the nights were I was hellbent to try the cooling ability (jamming earplugs in my ears) I was woken up by the mattress being on the highest heat setting. I was so irritated, I questioned my wife if she was playing a prank on me the next morning. I was reassured of the faulty software when I came into my bedroom two days later, in the middle of the afternoon, to hear that shrieking machine roaring away, to find out that it's turned my bed into a furnace. On multiple occasions it would switch from cooling to high heat, or from completely off to high heat.Also, it feels that they call the fan speed a "white noise feature", but it feels like just an excuse for no other way to cool other than to have a louder fan run.Given the research and reviews that I had checked, pre-purchase, I understood that the companies customer service was lacking (to say the least), so instead of risking going past the Amazon return window and getting stuck with an expensive anxiety inducer, I promptly returned the item.We instead purchase the Eight Sleep system and got everything (and more) we hoped this would be, for darn near the same price. Sleeker SINGLE unit (for a dual controlled bed) that doesn't have a noisy fan that's played off as a feature, an app that works how it's supposed to, the material feels premium and the coils are hardly noticeable.I wanted to try and find any way to give this more than a single star, but after the experience we had, given the money this cost, and the experience we got with the Eight Sleep system, this doesn't deserve anything but one stars. Shop wisely.

This is a game changer! I sleep warm and our air conditioning does not work well, so this investment was well worth it. You can adjust the temperature to exactly how you want it and with the dual controls, your partner can do the same.

This is a totally awesome product. I had read about it in Consumer Reports, #1 btw, and made the quite large investment in the Ooler. I have Sleep Apnea which makes me feel hot and I was always waking up in the middle of the night. First night I tried it at 67 degrees, I slept like a baby. This is making a huge difference in my sleep quality. Controls are easy and once set you rarely have to mess with them. IT is so quiet. I love It!

I really like the Ooler. It keeps me cool, the apps works, and it is comfortable, the only problem is it makes a humming noise in the off position. That's why I gave it a 3 for sleep quality.

So far, I love it! I've always slept better in cold than in heat. Now, I fall asleep easier, whether I have a weighted blanket or a light cotton blanket, regardless of it being the hot, humid summer in Florida. Totally worth the price. I love being able to schedule controls to fit my sleep schedule, and manually turn it on and off from my phone. If there had been a twin size, I would have preferred this for my son's bed too.
