How is it with neck support? I love doing crunches but my neck hurts so bad and im not even pulling with my neck

Yes, definitely. It was the main reason I got it because I felt like my form was off. It makes it so you only use your ab muscles and not your neck.

How do you determine which size is best for you?

I got the wider one and shorter one because it's fits my five foot stature better. Most gyms have the narrower and longer ones.

Is a workout video included?

No a workout video is not included but if you go on line there is an excellent video demonstration that I used for a while till I knew it by heart I will try to find it
