Not great
Technically inaccurate and difficult to use. You’re better off referring to the actual AD’s and the Manual to the Building Regulations in my opinion.

Good buy
Ideal for anyone who needs to know what to do and how in respect of the building regs, I.e. self build/DIY and small builders (who often don’t update their knowledge), and construction or design students too… a good buy, I’m pleased with it, and have have used it frequently, and everything is explained clearly in layman’s terms… Recommended

This poor workmanship is causing my pages to fall out

A perfect pocket book
This pocket book sums up building regs and the guidance really well. I know some have said it’s too big, but it’s all relative when you consider how in-depth the full volumes of the Building Regs are.

Not Great!
Been in the building industry over 25years, I would say this is a lot less useful then just downloading the free approved documents of the .gov website. Can't see me ever referring to it. Very Disappointing.

Hmm, sent it back
'Pocket Book' suggests to me a quick, concise, easy-to-read reference. However, this is 650 pages, written in a small font and with few pictures or drawings so it resembles a bible. It's also 'perfect bound', thick, and with a stiff binding - so it's difficult to open and read and wont stay open where you left it. It's probably quicker and easier to refer to the actual building regulations.
