Deceiving product - Avoid as they don’t do the repairs
I purchased this additional warranty for earbuds. After 1 year the product was not working properly. After reaching out to this warranty provider, they refused to provide the service despite the contract and despite all exchanges. I deeply regret having purchased their service - I have paid for nothing and have a product I can not repair. They also refused to give refunds … Please avoid at all costs, you will end up spending money for no reason … I would give negative stars if I could, dont do the same mistake
