The shampoo works wonderful! Keeps my gray shiny and clears up the dingy yellow that creeps in. It took a while to receive my order and the bottle was damaged in shipping. It was shipped in a bag with bubble wrap around it but the cap was damaged and a huge mess with over 50% of the product in the bag. It took several emails with pictures attached but in the end they refunded 100% of my money and didn’t require a return of the damaged bottle. I will purchase again great customer service!

Most potent purple. It works but watch the time- this will leave your highlights lavender faster than any other purple shampoo I’ve used. Kinda nice now that I know🤣

The bottle is very small but you don't need a lot of product to see the result so that's good. I leave it in my hair for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse it. Also it doesn't make my hair feel dry. I like it a lot

J'ai commander ce produit par erreur, quelques heures plus tard j'ai contacté le vendeur pour le signaler.. pas de retour de message. En plus d'avoir payé pour la livraison il fallait que je renvoie le produit à mes frais...
